Yes, 50 cases excluding tobacco/vapes.

How do I set up an account?

Please contact customer service with your trading name, location, and postcode. Your details will be passed to the relevant Regional Development Manager, and they will contact you to go through process.

What do I need to start ordering online?

You need to already be a JW Filshill customer, with a Filshill account number to start ordering online. To set up online registration: Apply Here.

If you do not know your account number, contact customer service with your trading name, location, and postcode.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you will not be charged for the item.

Do Filshill deliver to the islands?

Yes, through third party couriers.

Can I pay my bills over the phone?

Yes, please ask for the accounts department.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, a tracking link will be emailed to you on the morning of your delivery day.
