We currently deliver to approximately 1600 customers all over Scotland and England (as far south as Doncaster). Our deliveries are routed to match customer needs and are normally made within 48 hours. Minimum order requirements are 50 units (excluding tobacco products). We are the best performing delivered wholesale convenience company in terms of accuracy of deliveries, both in terms of ordered products and of invoicing/paperwork. Our aim is to ensure that all our customers have the correct stock ordered so that they can run their own business as smoothly as possible. Our experienced sales team is a great resource for retail advice, including merchandising. Dependent on size of orders a member of our sales team will normally call on customers on a weekly basis.
For ease of information we produce a Product Catalogue, along with a six weekly Price List and Order Form (PLOF), which contains a comprehensive listing of the entire product range that we deliver. Our documents are easy to use and follow, with a detailed contents page and clearly identifiable sections and sub- section headers.
The Filshill PLOF has been designed to streamline the process of telephoning in orders; not only does it provide the required codes but it also matches the on screen listing used by Filshill’s telesales team. This reduces time spent placing the order.
