1. How to place an order
Select your products from the left hand navigation bar headed Products. You can search for the product using product code or the name of the product i.e. Coke. Select the quantities of the product using the plus or minus icons then either add to basket by clicking the Add button to the right of the quantity box in which case the quantity in basket number will be shaded in pink to highlight your basket has been updated; or click the Add quantities to basket button at the bottom of the page which will display a heading informing you that your items have been added to your basket. Continue until all you haver added all products. Once finished you must view basket in order to checkout. There is a constant link to View Basket at the top right hand of the website once you are logged in. At t he View basket page you have options to view promotions you may have qualified for; remove any items from your basket; clear your basket or proceed to checkout. Please note if you have qualified for a free product it will not show on your basket but will be added when your order is processed at the warehouse. Proceed to Checkout: You can enter an Order Reference number if you wish although it’s not compulsory. The next delivery date will be displayed and there will be a box displayed for any additional information you may wish to add. Finally, will be prompted to confirm the Order. Once you have confirmed your order, the order number will be displayed along with a summary of the order details.
2. How to Register For an Online Account (Existing Filshill Customer)
Go to Apply Online; Enter all the fields and click submit. You will then be contacted by a member of the Admin team with a username and password
3. How to Register For an Account (New Customer)
Click Apply Online Choose the relevant form if you are a sole trader or a limited company. Please fill in all details on the forms that are relevant, once you have filled in the form please print it out by cklicking the Print this Page button, sign it and date it and send it back to JW Filshill Ltd, Accounts Department, Ainslie Avenue, Hillington Park, Glasgow, G52 4HE. You will be contacted within 48 Hours except over weekends.
4. I can’t access Retailer Assistance & Category Management
